Returns & Exchanges

At Escribo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a product doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Escribo account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
